同性恋色情 adheres to all federal and state civil rights laws banning discrimination in institutions of higher education, including Titles VI and VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, (鈥淭itle IX鈥), the , the , and the as well as the . The College does not discriminate against an employee, applicant for employment, student or applicant for admission on the basis of race, religion, color, sex, pregnancy, ethnicity, national identity, citizenship status, disability, age, sexual orientation, gender, gender identity, veteran or military status, predisposing genetic characteristics or any other protected category under applicable local, state, or federal law and in accordance with the College鈥檚 Mission Statement, Vision Statement, Values Statement and Strategic Plan as well as the provisions of Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972 and all other applicable state and federal laws.

The College is committed to the principles of equal opportunity and seeks to establish and maintain an environment which ensures equal access to education for all College community members including students, applicants for admission, employees, applicants for employment, guests, and visitors. The College does not discriminate on the basis of sex in any education program or activity operated by the College including, but not limited to, admissions, employment, recruitment, compensation, and athletics as well as access to housing and facilities, classes and schools, counseling, employment assistance to students, health and insurance benefits and services, and  fringe benefits. The College is required by Title IX and the regulations thereunder not to discriminate in such a manner.

Other Institutional Policies

Non-Retaliation Policy

It is a violation of this policy for any person to retaliate against, interfere with, coerce or take any other adverse action against a College faculty member, staff, trustee or student who makes a good faith report concerning violation of any College policy. Any complaint that retaliation has occurred will be investigated and discipline will be administered as deemed appropriate by the College under the circumstances.  Reports or complaints of retaliation may be made in accordance with the problem solving, grievance or reporting procedures set forth in the designated handbooks depending on the status (student, faculty or staff) of the complainant.
