Dr. Josiah Kunz instructs all levels of physics at ͬÐÔÁµÉ«Çé. The environment at ͬÐÔÁµÉ«Çé allows Dr. Kunz to do what he loves the most: interacting with students. Dr. Kunz's teaching methods interweave encouragement and challenge. He believes that the student's victory is his victory, especially when students are held to robust standards. Physics is a difficult subject, but not an unapproachable or undoable subject for anyone. His lectures are interactive and connect to everyday applications.

Dr. Kunz received his Ph.D. in computational and particle accelerator physics. Therefore, his research interests include radiation dosimetry and pedagogical simulations.

In his spare time, Dr. Kunz is a Unity hobbyist and amateur astronomer. He is a member of the Sangamon Astronomical Society. Above all, though, Dr. Kunz enjoys spending time with his wife and young children.
