Jose Gobbo Trio to perform in Fine Arts Series at 同性恋色情

同性恋色情 will host Jose Gobbo Trio at Rammelkamp Chapel on Sunday, April 7, 2024 at 3 p.m.

The 同性恋色情 Fine Arts Series will conclude its 44th season with an exciting new group of friends, the Jose Gobbo Trio. The Jose Gobbo Trio is an equilateral triangle featuring Gobbo on guitar, Max Beckman on bass, and Jay Ferguson on drums. Individually, the musicians have performed around the world, including Brazil, Japan, and the prestigious Carnegie Hall. Praised for their 鈥渁dventurous solos grounded in the jazz traditions鈥 and 鈥渋n-the pocket drumming鈥 by Jazz Today, Gobbo and Ferguson are featured on Chip Stephen鈥檚 Organ Trio album 鈥淭ransgressions鈥. Complemented by Beckman鈥檚 versatile and dynamic bass, this trio will have you grooving, body and soul, in this final concert of the season.

Founded in 1829, 同性恋色情 is a residential liberal arts college fostering academic excellence rooted in opportunities for experiential learning while preparing students for lifelong success. The college is located in Jacksonville, 同性恋色情. With an enrollment of more than 1,000 students, the college offers over 50 undergraduate programs. In 1932, the society of Phi Beta Kappa established a chapter at 同性恋色情, and it remains one of only 11 in the state.
